Addressing — operations vs application operations targets directly by node rid · application uses a logical id and Framework routing operations · Architecture component operations managed node · Architecture component managed node application · Architecture component application Framework routing · Architecture component Framework routing target node rid actor id / spot id / channel

Two independent flows

  • • operations targets the managed node directly by node rid — when the node itself is the target, like a health check or an ops command.
  • • application gives a logical id like an actor id, spot id, or channel, and Framework routing picks the current owner and an eligible node — the application doesn't hold onto a Node RID.
